A'la carte Menu available Mo-Fri from 11:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. Outside of opening hours only to order at least 24 hours in advance.

STARTERS AND SOUPS

  • 80g Marinated gravlax salmon in aperol and citrus crust on a radish-cucumber salad with a baguette chips (1,3,4) - 14,50 €
  • 80g Classic steak tartare (Black Angus) (1,3,4,10) - 18,30 €
    (Recommendation: uncooked meat and eggs shouldn´t be consumed by children, pregnant and nursing women or people with compromised immunity)
  • 250ml Chicken broth with vegetables and noodles (1,3,7,9) - 4,30 €
  • 250ml Potato cream soup with cappuccino and chive oil (7,9) - 3,60 €
  • 250ml Soup of the day - 3,20 €

SALADS AND PASTA

  • 250g Caesar salad with poached egg and bacon chips (1,3,4,7,10) - 13,80 €

MAIN COURSE

  • 150g Cod loin in panko breadcrumbs with pea-lime cream and pickled fennel with dill (1,3,4,7,10) - 18,50 €
  • 160g Chicken supreme with pea purée, blue cheese croquette, carrot chips and chicken jus (1,3,7,9) - 16,70 €
  • 150g Pork tenderloin in pistachios with horseradish foam, carrot purée and kohlrabi gratin (1,7,8) - 16,40 €
  • 150g Venison backstrap with glazed onion purée on ghee butter, french-style potato purée biscuit, and port wine sauce (3,7,12) - 20,40 €
  • 150g Game meat ragout with black beer, homemade rhubarb jam and roasted potato dumpling (1,3,7,9) - 17,40 €
  • 200g Fried veal schnitzel with new potatoes in butter and parsley (1,3,7) - 21,80 €
  • 120g Beef strips on risotto bianco with mustard foam, parmesan and spring onion (7,9,10) - 25,40 €
  • 150g Black angus beef steak with baby potatoes filled with crème fraîche, fava beans and radish on butter (7) - 33,40 €

In case of take away VAT will be 19 % valid from 17.03.2025.
We charge 70 % of total price for ½ portion.
