ROUGE A'la carte Menu • Autumn 2020

A'la carte Menu available Mo-Fri from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Outside of opening hours only to order at least 24 hours in advance.

STARTERS AND SOUPS

  • 100g Langos-deep fried flatbread with baked beetroot, egg yolk, homemade ketchup and hard cheese    (1,3,7) - 3,80 €
  • 100g Classic steak tartare (Black Angus) (1,4,10) - 15,80 €
    ( Recommendation: uncooked meat and eggs shouldn´t be consumed by children, pregnant and nursing women or people with compromised immunity)
  • 250ml Beef consommé with vegetables and homemade noodles or liver dumplings (1,3,7) - 3,20 €
  • 250ml Creamy pumpkin soup with seeds, whipped cream and oil     (7) - 4,70 €
  • 250ml Soup of the day - 3,20 €

SALADS AND PASTA

  • 250g Grilled broccoli salad with camembert, beluga lentils and sesame dressing     (11) - 11,80 €

MAIN COURSE

  • 150g Pork tenderloin (sv) with pan fried potatoes, cep mushrooms, leek and rich pork jus    (7) - 13,70 €
  • 150g Wild boar on rosehip sauce with pork crackling filled salty bun (1,3,7,9) - 16,50 €
  • 200g Veal Wiener schnitzel with potato and onion salad (1,3,7,10) - 17,40 €

Upon request we can serve steaks based on raw weight (in grams) with your chosen sauce: 200g – 29,60 €, 300g – 47,00 €, 400g – 60,20 €

DESSERTS

  • 300g/150g Beef goulash with chorizo - 9,30 €
