Our fully-equipped Congress Centre, which is separated from living quarters and other areas of Hotel Mikado, features superb and representative venues coupled with professional service of the highest standard in a private setting.

Hotel MIKADO will help you organize:

Congress Centre of the Hotel MIKADO offers:

  • Large conference room with natural light (area of 160m2) and capacity of up to 170 persons in theatre style, which can be divided into two fully-equipped smaller rooms (45 or 80 persons);
  • Executive Lounge for up to 13 people;
  • Congress restaurant, which includes a bar, two terraces, dance stage and is frequently used for trainings, business presentations or ther events (for up to 80 people);
  • Spacious Foyer (with plenty of light, bar tables and stools) used for coffee breaks or lunch buffet;
  • Smaller lounge Business Center located by the Lobby Bar, which can be used for business meetings of 6-7 people.

Congress Centre Services

We are prepared to offer a full professional service because we want your events to run smoothly and successfully without any glitches or delays so you can concentrate on what is important.

The Congress Centre and our Event Team will arrange for any technical equipment and additional services for your event such as sound system, flipchart, laser pointer, interpreting services with cabins and personal interpreting stations or other necessary things. Of course, we can supply great food and refreshments for the participants of your events (hot meals, coffee breaks, drinks) through our two restaurants, vinotéque and bars.
