You Conference Will Be a Success on All Counts

Once you have chosen your ideal space within Hotel MIKADO's modern, fully-equipped and flexible Congress Centre, we will arrange and provide all amenities, equipment and services necessary so that your event runs smoothly without any glitches.

What technical and other equipment do you need?

  • interpreting cabins and stations with or without interpreting service;
  • microphones and modern audio-visual equipment;
  • hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi in all areas of the Congress Centre and Hotel;
  • conference calls;
  • laptop for your presentations;
  • other technical equipment according to client's specifications (videoprojection, screen, cordless mic, TV, laser pointer…);
  • lighting or shading in the room (the large and one of the smaller conference rooms has natural light)
In case you have not found your request for equipment or services in the previous list, please talk to our experienced Event managers - it is highly likely that we will be able to accommodate all requests, if at all possible.

Upon request, MIKADO Congress Centre will arrange for:

  • cloakroom;
  • document printing and binding, scanner, fax;
  • hot food, coffee breaks and refreshments (through our own MIKADO Congress Restaurant);
  • transfers;
  • or other services you need (please inquire with the Event Team or Reception).
