Booking and Cancellation Policy
Accommodation at Hotel MIKADO includes:
- night in a chosen room
- breakfast
- cable internet and Wi-Fi
- entry to the hotel Wellness Centre
- parking in the hotel car park
Not included in the price:
Local tourist tax in the amount of 2.00 € per person and night.
Check-in a check-out:
You can check-in any time after 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We ask all guests to check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of the departure.
Further services for our hotel guests:
We will be happy to serve your meals and refreshments at the restaurant ROUGE, café with a terrace, Lobby bar or Wellness bar. Reception staff is at your disposal 24 hours every day. You can also visit our Wellness & Relax Centre with a pool, sauna, gym, squash and changing rooms or our superbly stocked Vinotéque with more than 150 excellent wines from all over the world.
Should you need any additional services such as laundry, ironing and shoe cleaning, tour guide and interpreting services or medical assistance please contact our Reception staff who will try to help you with all your needs.
Cancellation policy
A client can cancel their booking no later than 24 hours before the arrival date free of charge. By completing the booking process, the client agrees to pay the full price of the first night in case they decide to cancel the booking less than 24 hours before the arrival date. This sum will be charged to the payment card given by the client at the time of the booking.
