Dining at Hotel MIKADO Is a True Culinary Experience
When you eat at Hotel MIKADO, we can promise you a real treat. It does not matter whether you have one of the Chef's Specials at our flagship restaurant Rouge, Business Menu or a buffet lunch during a conference.
You can enjoy a pleasant meal with uniquely presented dishes from an international and Slovak cuisines in our two restaurants (Restaurant Rouge and Congress restaurant, which is available for events), Lobby Bar, Wellness Bar and Congress Bar (available upon request during events).
Restaurant Rouge and Wellness Bar are open from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. every day, Lobby Bar until midnight. Congress restaurant and bar are open upon reservation during events.
Restaurant Rouge and World Vinotéque
The elegant setting of our flagship restaurant Rouge is the perfect place to challenge your tastebuds with a mouthwatering original menu created by our talented Executive Chef Štefan Benďák. With his international experience from some of the top restaurants in Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland or Italy, he provides a true culinary adventure. Black Angus steaks or juicy game dishes are among the most popular meals at the restaurant Rouge.
Let your senses fully enjoy the seasonal specialities from the local and foreign cuisines, they are prepared primarily from fresh local produce - meat, vegetables, herbs and organic foods typical for the Slovak region. All lovers of good wine will appreciate our designer vinotéque which houses more than 150 excellent wines from all over the world. Experienced sommeliers will be able to suggest the best wine to go with our delicious dishes.

- A LA CARTE MENU is seasonal - created anew by the Chef four times a year. It always contains a special TASTING MENU with a selection of the best dishes coupled with perfectly balanced wines.
- During the working week (Monday to Friday), you can enjoy a daily BUSINESS MENU, which includes a healthy choice under FIT MENU. Every Monday brings a WORLD MENU SELECTION – dishes from a selected world cuisine. Business menu is available daily from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
- If you want a lighter option for your lunch or dinner, choose from our seasonal SALAD MENU.
