Services for the Guests of Hotel MIKADO

At Hotel MIKADO, you can feel at home thanks to the spaciousness and above-standard amenities not only in our rooms but also in other hotel areas. To make your stay 100-percent comfortable we make sure to provide you with a great hotel service at all times.

Upon arrival to their rooms the guests will find a complimentary refreshment they may appreciate after the journey - a bottle of spring water and a fruit bowl. Apart from the accommodation all our guests can use free of charge: sauna and swimming-pool (the time slot must be booked in advance) as well as well-equipped gym (no reservation needed), all situated at the Wellness & Relax Centre in a separate wing of the hotel.

In addition, Hotel MIKADO offers free parking in a non-stop monitored car park (56 spaces). Hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi are available in all areas. In case you have further questions or requests please talk to our Reception staff who is at your disposal 24-hours a day. We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Services of Hotel MIKADO Congress Centre

Organizers and participants of company events, conferences, workshops, seminars, trainings or business meetings can use these standard and additional services of our fully-equipped Congress Centre, which is separated from the rest of the Hotel MIKADO. Your designated event manager will inform you about the charges for any additional services.

• Wi-Fi available in all areas + hi-speed cable internet in rooms and Congress Centre
• sound-proof rooms for hire: large conference room (up to 170 persons, 160m²), which can be divided into 2 smaller rooms (up to 45 and 80 persons), two extra lounges: Executive Lounge (13 persons) and Business Centre (6-7 persons)
• extra assistance service (secretary, interpreter, guide, photographer, etc.)
• sound system and a possibility to hire additional technical equipment including interpreting stations
