Restaurant Rouge is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
If you wish for a healthier lunch or lighter dinner, we have a seasonal Salad Menu for you. Our salads are prepared from fresh produce, local when possible, and premium meats. We did not forget the vegetarians who can enjoy the meat-free salad.
With Roasted Vegetables and Beef
- Filling winter option with meat: Salad created from seasonal roasted vegetables with tender beef tenderloin cuts, sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with healthy yoghurt dressing (7,10,11)
